摘要
以氧化锌粉末为原料,采用微波加热结合气相沉积的方法在短时间内制备出毫米级氧化锌晶体。扫描电镜照片表明产物为棱柱状晶体,最大的晶体直径400μm,长度2.2 mm,表面平直光滑,但有开裂。热力学分析与工艺研究结果表明,合适的温度为1 120—1 130℃。
ZnO bulk crystals were grown by a simple vapor-phase approach using microwave energy without any catalyst in a short time. The SEM photographs showed that they are prism crystals with a maximal size of 400 tan in diameter and 2.2 mm in length. The thermodynamics and kinetics analysis indicated the temperature is very important for the ZnO crystal growth using vapor phase which is fully confirmed by the experiment.
