摘要
Y -ZrO2 增韧陶瓷是高性能现代陶瓷重要的一族 ,本项研究采用纳米级高纯超细粉 ,通过添入适量稀土氧化物 (Y2 O3) ,经微波烧结制成新型Y -ZrO2 稀土增韧陶瓷材料 ,并深入讨论了陶瓷增韧的几种可能途径 .
Y-ZrO 2 toughening ceramics is an important king of mordem highperformance ceramics. We have developed out a new type of Y-ZrO 2 rare-earth toughening ceramics by adopting ultra-fine powder of nano meter grade and high purity through adding certain amount of Y 2O 3 and microwave power sintering, and discussed several possible methods of toughening.
