摘要
弹跳素质是排球运动员的重要素质之一,弹跳素质的发展水平直接影响到前、后排扣球、拦网、跳发球、跳传球技术的掌握和比赛的胜负,对能否成为优秀运动员起着决定性的作用。对中学女子排球运动员弹跳素质的训练要根据其生理特点、年龄阶段,合理安排训练的负荷量,把握好训练的最佳时间。探讨了弹跳力训练的具体方法及弹跳力训练过程中应注意的问题。
Spring is an important fitness for volleyball players. The developmental level of spring fitness can directly influence the skills of attack at front and back court,block,jumping service,jumping pass and the victory or defeat of cumpetition. It plays a decisive role for them to become elite players. The training of spring fitness should be based on their physiologic tendency and ages, and the training load and time must be arranged reasonable. It has probed into a concrete way of spring training and some problems existed in the training.
