摘要
我国排球甲 A联赛采用每球得分制规则后 ,给参赛各队的比赛训练工作带来新问题。在对甲 A各队 43名主教练、助理教练和前国家队教练问卷调查的基础上 ,结合甲 A2 8场比赛技术统计资料分析 ,认为赛前体力与能力的矛盾是教练员面临的体能训练新问题 ,而个性化的专项力量训练、下意识的专项速度和“抗练”能力是赛间体能训练的重要内容。
The new rally point system used in Chinese professional volleyball league has brought new issues for the training of each team. Technical statistics of 28 matches in 7 round of men and women 98 99 major league and questionnaire of 43 coaches showed that coaches were facing new contradiction between players’ physical ability and special fitness for volleyball during match time. The training of player’s individual strength, instinctive speed, and “anti training” ability thus became important.
