摘要
以柑橘果实加工及综合利用为例,将生态食品工程的最新理念引入食品工业生产体系中,力求从原料生产到各种产品的加工制造环节,牢牢树立低消耗、低污染或无污染、综合利用、高效有序的生态型食品产业模式的思维,在理论和实践两方面推动食品工业走上可持续发展之路。
This paper introduced the new idea of ecofoodenginering into food industrial system, taking citrus processing as an example, in order to set an idea of low expenditure, low pollution, integrated utilization with high efficient from material production to each step during food processing, so as to promote food industry into a sustainable state on both theory and practice.
