摘要
介绍了国内外对柑橘果皮的开发利用概况,分析了柑橘皮渣饲料、柑橘兽药、柑橘食品等多方面的研究开发现状与发展趋势,探讨了充分利用我国丰富的柑橘资源,实现其合理开发利用,必将产生积极的经济效益。
The status of the utilization and development of by-products of citrus processing was reviewed in detail.And the advance and trend of citrus skin residue feed,citrus veterinary,foods of citrus were reviewed in the paper.As soon as it is possible to make use of sufficient citrus resource reasonably,there will be positive economic effect.
