频偏对数字积分法测量相位差影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 从数字积分法的基本原理出发 ,研究了正弦信号频率存在偏差时对相位差测量准确度的影响 ,理论分析和仿真实验结果表明 :当信号频率存在偏差时 ,用数字积分法测量相位差所具有的误差与频率偏差的大小有关 ,但是 ,可通过调节每周期的采样点数和总的样本个数来减小该误差 ,而且即便信号的频偏较大 ,相位差的测算误差仍然可能非常小 。 Begun with the basic theory of digital integral method,the effect on accuracy that is caused by the excursion in the frequency of sine wave signal when measuring phase difference is studied The conclusions are supported by the results of the theory analysis and emulating experiment When the excursion exists in the frequency of the signal,the error of measuring the phase difference with the digital integral method is concerned with the dimension of the frequency excursion But the error will be reduced by regulating the number of scans to sample per period and the total samplings And also even if the excursion of frequency is large,the error of measuring the difference phase may be stilll small,and the possible maximum is confined the scope
