摘要
目前我国双低油菜种植面积和产量已超过全部油菜籽的一半以上,由于双低菜籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸,具有优越的营养和保健功能,故被列为一种天然的营养食品。介绍了双低油菜籽的脂肪酸组成及营养保健功能,双低菜籽油的冷榨和热榨两种制备工艺,提出了冷榨天然双低菜籽油和双低菜籽营养保健油的开发途径。
Both the current cultivated area and output of double-low rape exceed that of total rape' s more than 50% in our couutry. The double-low rape seed oil is regarded as a kind of natural nutritive, due to rich in unsaturated fatty acid and superior in nutrition and health care function. The fatty acid composition characteristics and nutritional health care functions are introduced. The preparation technologies of cold pressed and hot pressed oils and the development channels of double-low rape seed oil are put forth.
