摘要
通过比较大宗食用植物油的品质特性,以及分析我国食用植物油的消费与供给、油菜的生产现状及存在问题与发展潜力,明确了我国油菜生产在我国植物油供给中的重要地位,发展油菜生产是保障我国食用油供给的根本途径。并由此提出了发展油菜生产的主要措施:加强油菜相关研究,着实解决我国油菜生产上存在的问题;规范种业市场,促进我国油菜种业健康发展;加强油菜籽的加工研究与利用,提高附加值。
By comparing the quality characteristics of bulk edible vegetable oils,as well as analyzing the domestic consumption and production of vegetable oils and current situation,problems and development potential of oil crops in China,it was clear that rapeseed production takes an important position in the supply of vegetable oils.Therefore,the development of rapeseed production is a fundamental approach to protect our edible vegetable oil supply.Based on the analysis,several key initiatives were proposed for the development of rapeseed production： strengthening rapeseed research to solve the problems in its production;regulating seed market to promote stable and healthy developments of China＇s rapeseed seed industries;strengthening the research and utilization of rapeseed processing to improve the added values.
