摘要
通过对镀液和镀层性能研究表明,我们研制的光亮剂XNF配合稳定剂SR-86使用的镍铁合金镀液具有较好的深镀能力和分散能力;可在较低温度(43-53℃)下工作;XNF-1含量在1.5-5ml/1范围内,可获得高整平全光亮镀层;深镀能力较好,不亚于NIRON。镀液光亮剂的消耗量较低(小于100ml/kAh),其浓度易于检测,具有较大的实用价值。
The performances of Ni-Fe electroplating bath and the quality of obtained deposit were studied. The results show that the bath containing brightener XNF synthesised in our laborat- ory and stabilizer SR-86 possesses better throwing power and uniform current density distribu- tion, and it can be operated in lower temperature (43-53 C). A high-levelling and full-bright electrodeposits can be obtained from the bath containing 1.5-5mL/L XNF-1. The consumption rate of XNF is less than 100mL/KAh, its concentration can be analysised easily and hence particularly suitable for practice.
