摘要
简述电镀镍铁合金工艺中光亮剂的发展概况,介绍高整平性光亮剂 ABSN 的研究。试验表明:ABSN 具有高整平性,高光亮性,出光速度快(3—5min),光亮范围宽(0.5—10A/dm^2),耗量低(60—80mL/kAh),产生的镀层韧性好。
The developing brighteners for Ni-Fe-plating are reviewed briefly and the stu- dy on high-levelling brightener ABSN is introduced.The experimental results show that the ABSN has the advantages of high-levelling,better brightness,higher speed brightening(3 to 5 min.),wider brightening range(0.5 to 10 A/dm^2)and lower consumption(60 to 80ml/KAH) and the best tenacity of Ni-Fe alloy coatings.
