摘要
通过实验及对阴极极化曲线的分析,探讨了稳定剂GTR各组分对电解液中Fe^(2+)的稳定能力.结果表明,该稳定剂中各组分均能在不同程度上提高阴极极化,其中组分B具有较强的抑制电解液中Fe^(2+)氧化的能力.而全部组分的共同组合,又使稳定剂GTR具有良好的性能.
Effects of the respective components which comprise Stabilizer GTR on stabilization of Fe^(2+) in Ni-Fe alloy plating bath were investigated through experiments and analyses of the cathodic polarization curves. The result indicated that all of the componerits can improve more or less the cathodic polarization, with component B having special ability to inhibit oxidation of Fe^(2+) in the electrolyte. By the combination of such components as well as their effects, Stabilizer GTR offers high stability to the bath.
