稀土Ce对Ni-Fe合金性能的影响

摘要 通过正交试验方法,以沉积速率和镀层外观为指标,探讨了电流密度、电沉积时间、镀液中稀土含量、镀液温度4个因素对沉积速度的影响规律,初步确定合金镀层的最佳制备工艺条件为:J=5 A/dm2、t=50 min、θ=50~60℃、ρ(CeCl3)=0.3 g/L。利用扫描电镜、塔菲尔曲线等手段测试了镀层的形貌、耐蚀性和抗氧化性。结果表明,在添加CeCl3条件下沉积获得的Ni-Fe合金镀层的抗高温氧化性和耐蚀性能均比没有添加CeCl3的好,表明Ce(Ⅲ)起到改善电沉积效果的作用。 Through orthogonal test, the effect of current density, time of deposition, RE content in the solution and temperature in electrolysis were studied by the index of deposition rate and surface of coating. The operation conditions of composite coating were optimized: current densities was 5.0 A/dm^2, time of electrodeposition was 50 min, temperature of the solution was 55℃, RE content in the solution was 0.3 g/L and surface microstructure, corrosion resistance and resistance to oxidation of composite coatings were tested by SEM, and the current-potential curve et .The results showed that: added CeCl3 in the deposition, the high-temperature anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance of the Ni-Fe alloy coating were better than not added. It showed that Ce(Ⅲ) could improve the effect of electrodeposition.
