摘要
研究了TiO_2粉体晶型结构对BaTiO_3基PTCR材料电阻温度系数的影响。并讨论了BaTiO_3基介质材料相变扩张与其相应PTCR材料温度系数之间的关系。指出在一定温度下对TiO_2粉体进行高温处理、完成其锐钛矿向金红石的相转变后,用其制备的PTCR材料的温度系数可显著提高。
The influences of crystalline structure of TiO2powders on the temperature coefficient ofresistance of BaTiO3- based PTCR materials are investigated.The relationship between tbediffuse phase transition and the temperature coefficient of resistance of BaTiO3- based materi-als is also studied.It is concluded that,when the anatase TiO2 is heated at a high tempera-ture and converted into rutile crvstalline powders, the temperaure coefficient of rcsistance ofBaTiO3- based PTCR materials prepared will be rcmarkably increascd.
