摘要
纳米TiO2 的制备方法有多种 ,按反应物状态可分为气相法和液相法两大类。气相法包括TiCl4气相氧化法、TiCl4火焰水解法、钛醇盐气相水解法、钛醇盐热裂解法、激光诱导热解法、TiO2 蒸发—凝聚法、惰性气体原位加压法等。液相法包括TiCl4液相水解法、钛醇盐水解法、溶胶—凝胶法、胶溶—相转移法、TiOSO4液相水解法、微乳液法、水热合成法和超临界流体干燥法等。本文评述了这些方法 ,并对其中几种较为重要的 ,具有发展前途的 。
There are many kinds of methods for preparing nanometer TiO 2.These methods may be classified into two types:gas phase method and liquid phase method.The gas phase method include the vapor phase oxidation of TiCl 4,the flame hydrolysis of TiCl 4,the phase hydrolysis of Ti(OR) 4,the laser-induced vapour-phase pyrolysis ,the thermal decomposition of Ti(OR) 4,the in-situ compaction and inert gas condernsation metheod,the evaporation-condemsation method etc.The liquid phase method include the liquid phase hydrolysis of TiCl 4,the hydrolysis method of Ti(OR) 4,the sol-gel method,the liquid phase hydrolysis of TiOSO 4,the hydrothermal synthesis method,the peptization-phase transference method,the W/O microemulsion reaction method and the supercritical fluid drying method etc.In this paper,these methods are reviewed,and several methods of them are presented in detail.
