摘要
本文提出了一种新型的高温ＢａＴｉＯ３ＰＴＣＲ材料的制备方法。研究了它的导电机理，给出了材料的组分，工艺条件及主要参数，提出了改进性能的途径。
A manufacture method for a new type of high temperature BatiO3 PTCR material is introduced in the paper . The conductance mechanism is studied.The prescription primary technology process and the main characteristic parameters are provided.Meanwhile,the paper also deals with the way to improve the performance of the material.
