摘要
应用免疫组织化学SP法和计算机图象分析系统观察分析了18例急性排斥反应时移植肾活检标本中CD15和血小板/内皮细胞粘附分子(PECAM-1)的表达情况,以探讨其变化的意义。结果显示:(1)急性排斥反应时肾近曲小管和远曲小管上皮细胞CD15阳性表达较正常时增加;(2)急性排斥反应时PECAM-1在肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞中的阳性反应强度较正常明显减弱或由阳性转为阴性,而在肾小管上皮中表达增强。结果提示检测CD15和PECAM-1在移植肾的表达对急性排斥反应的诊断有一定参考价值。
The changes in cell adhesion molecule CD_(15) and PECAM1 in grafted renal tissue from 18 cases of acute allograft rejection were studied by immunohistochemistry techniques (SP method) and computerized imaging analysis system. The results showed that: (1) CD_(15) positive expression level was higher in acute allograft rejection than that in normal renal in tuberular cells. (2) PECAM1 expression level was lower in glomerular endothelial cells, but higher in tuberular cells than those in normal renal tissue during acute allograft rejection. The above findings suggested that the detection ofCD_(15) and PECAM1 in the grafted kidney might have some values in the diagnosis of acute allograft rejection.
