摘要
采用CT扫描及CAD技术,探讨了建立无牙下颌骨及其修复体三维有限元模型的方法。结果表明:这种方法精度高、图像直观,能精确地、简便地区别皮质骨及松质骨的结构,同时,对实验模型无损害,省时省力。在Super-SAP有限元分析软件的支持下,分析了正中咬合状态下咀嚼肌力对下颌全口义齿支持组织的应力分布的影响,并在相当程度上实现了科学计算的可视化。为口腔修复中的全口义齿及种植义齿设计提供了生物力学基础,有助于义齿的优化设计。
Three dimensional finite element models of endentulous human mandible were generated with CT scan and CAD technique. The method could distinguish the structure between cortical and cancelous bone simply and accurately without damage to the specimen.With the support of software of finite element analysis, named Super SAP, the stress distributions of the mandibular complete denture on the supporting tissue was studied when masticatory muscles constricted. With the application of the models compating was visualized and the biomechanic base of the design of complete denture and implant denture was provided, and the optimization of denture design might be possible.
