摘要
用5.8MeV4He离子和3MeV质子背散射研究了强束流钇注入的H13钢的高温氧化特性,由直接测定氧化层中氧原子面密度得知经钇离子注入后在800℃氧化45min条件下抗氧化能力提高了25倍.观察到了元素铬在注钇氧化层中的富集以及氧离子在氧化过程中的扩散与未注入时有明显的区别.
The high temperature oxidation resistance property of Y+ implanted H13 steel has been studied by 5.8 MeV proton backscattering. The measured oxygen area density of H13 steel after implanted with Y+ and oxidized at 800℃ for 45min shows that the oxidation speed is decreased by a factor of 25. The experimental results also show that for Y+ implanted H13 steel an enriched Cr layer was created and the behaviour of oxygen diffusion is apparently different from that of unimplanted samples.
