摘要
用MEVVA源引出的强束流Y,Cr,C注入H13钢改善了注入层抗氧化、耐腐蚀和抗磨损特性,探索了表面改性的机理。实验结果表明单注入和Y+C,Y+Cr双注入均能得到表面改性的良好效果,双注入效果略好。表面改性的原因是注入样品氧化前后的结构和合金相发生了明显的变化。上述特性的改善和注入层结构变化、钇铁化物析出相的生成以及铁钇氧化物形成密切相关。这些氧化物经短时氧化(10min)即可形成。由于这些氧化物的形成使得钇的原子形成了特殊的浓度分布,这种分布在氧化过程中保持不变。最后讨论了这些氧化物和钇的特殊浓度分布对抗氧化的作用。
The improvement properties of corrosion,wear and oxidation resistance of implanted H13 steel using ions of Y, Cr, Y+C and Y+Cr, produced by a pulsed metal ion source (MEVVA). The mechanism of modification of material is researched. The results show that the good effects of surface modification are obtained for single implantation and Y+C, Y+Cr dual implantation. The dual implantation effects are better than single implantation. It is found from analysises that the reason of the modification is the change of structure and alloy in implanted layer before or after oxidation. The structure changes are measured by X-ray diffraction. The mentioned improvement of the properties is closely related with the structure change, appearance of Y iron alloy and Y iron oxidation compounds(10min). Because of the compounds formation, the strange Y atom concentration profile is appeared. The shape of profile is constant during oxidation for 40min. Finally, the mechanism of influence of the oxidation compounds and the strange shape of the profile on the properties of implanted layer is discussed.
