摘要
研究了La离子注入H13钢的抗氧化特性.运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、背散射能谱(RBS)和俄歇电子能谱(AES)对离子注入生成的表面优化层的结构进行了分析,探讨了抗氧化机理.实验结果说明La注入H13钢能够得到表面改性的良好效果.
New methods were presented to improve the properties of mechanical and oxidation resistance of implanted H13 steel using ions of La, produced by a pulsed metal ion source (MEVVA), during oxidation at 800℃ with oxigen gas flux of 30 mL·min-1,oxidation times are 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 min respectively. The structual changes of the implanted layer before and after oxidation, were measured by SEM, RBS and AES. The results show that the La ion implantation is a better way to surface modification of the H13 steel.
