摘要
用俄歇、扫描电镜和微区分析研究了Y注入低铬钢(H13)抗氧化机理。注入适当量的Y到钢中是提高H13钢抗氧化性能的关键因素.注入和氧化过程中Cr向钇注入层下面富集则起到相辅相成的作用.观察到了Y,Cr和氧的相互作用,以及多层氧化物结构的氧化皮,这种结构的出现将氧原子限制在0.5μm范围之内.观察到易脱落的菜花状氧化物在未注入区和表面缺陷处生成,并研究了这种氧化物生成条件和防止的措施.最后给出了Y注入H13抗氧化多层结构模型.
The mechanism of oxidation resistance for Y implanted H13 steel with low Cr content is studied by Auger analysis,SEM and microregional analysis.Y implantation with adequate dose plays an key part in oxidation resistance.The concentration of Cr under the implanted Y layer plays an important part in oxidation resistance.The reaction of O with Y and Fe is observed,the oxidation resistance structure model with multilayer structure of Cr and Y oxidation is found during oxidation. So that the oxygen atoms are limited in 0.5μm from surface.The cauliflower oxidations are observed in the damaged surface.It is easy to drop out of the surface.The formation conditions and prevention measures for cauliflower-like oxidation are studied.Finally,the model for oxidation resistance for Y implantation into H13 steel is given.
