摘要
采用Ｘ射线衍射、能谱分析、扫描电镜等方法，对化学镀Ｎｉ─Ｍｏ─Ｐ非晶合金镀膜形成的必要条件进行了研究。
Tested and analytal by scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)Spectrometer andX-ray diffrae-meter the formation conditions of the chemical deposition amorphous Ni-Mo-p alloy has been studied in this paper.
