摘要
利用电化学测试及XRD、SEM、XPS等研究了化学镀Ni-Mo-P合金镀层结构及耐蚀性能,结果表明,Ni-Mo-P合金的结构由磷含量决定,高磷含金为非晶结构,耐蚀性能优异,钼含量提高改善了合金的钝化性能。Ni-Mo-P合金表面形成的由Ni(OH)2、Ni3(PO4)2及少量MoO2组成的稳定表面膜,是合金具有良好耐蚀性的重要原因。热处理直接影响合金的结构及耐蚀性能,非晶态Ni-Mo-P合金在300℃左右开始晶化,600℃热处理可改善合金的耐蚀性能。
The structure and corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-Mo-P alloy coatings were investigated. The results showed that the structure of the alloy was amorphous on higher phosphorus content. The increase of the Mo content improved the passivity of the alloy.The components of the surface film were Ni (OH)2, Ni, (PO4)2 and MoO2.The stable film was made up of the alloy has a well corrosion resistance in H2SO4 solution.The corrosion resistence of the alloy could be improved by heating at 600℃
