摘要 研究了从氨性柠檬酸盐镀液中电沉积Ni-Mo-P合金的工艺过程,获得了含磷从0%~14.8%和含钼从O%~29.4%的Ni-Mo-P镀层。讨论了阴极电流密度、镀液组成、温度、pH值以及预电解对镀层的化学组成和结构的影响。研究了获得非晶态Ni-Mo-P合金镀层的条件以及镀层在0.5mol/LH_2SO_4和5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀特性。同时对镀层进行了动电位极化曲线的测试和X-衍射分析。 The process of electrodeposition of Ni-Mo-P alloys from ammoniacal citrate baths was studied. The effects of the cathodic current density, bath composition, temperature, pH value and pre-electrolyzation on the chemical composition and structure of deposits were discussed. The conditions by which the amorphous Ni-Mo-P alloy deposits were obtained and that the corrosion behavior of deposits in 0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4 and 5 wt% NaCl solution were investigated. Some potentiodynamic polarization tests and x-ray diffraction experiments of the deposits were also performed.
