摘要
对电镀镍磷合金的镀液成份及镀覆条件、电沉积机理和非晶态形成条件、镀层的物相结构及测定方法、镀层性能和耐蚀机理等方面的研究现状进行了综述，并概要介绍了其应用前景。
The study of electroplating problems of amorphous Ni-P alloy such as the composition of bath solution, the controlling conditions of amorphous, the mechanism of electrodeposition, the structure of the plating and its corrosion resistance, etc. is reviewed. Its application prospects to the process equipment of chemical engineering are presented
