摘要
用黄藤素注射液对大鼠进行腹腔注射,观察黄藤素对大鼠免疫功能的影响,结果显示黄藤素能提高大鼠外周血中性粒细胞吞噬率、酸性а-醋酸萘酯酶阳性百分率、脾玫瑰花形成细胞百分率、促进白细胞移行抑制试验,降低移行抑制指数。提示黄藤素能提高细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能。
The effects of Fibrauretinum on the immune functions of rats were observed. The results showed that fibrauretinum can increase the phagocytic rate of the neutrophils of the peripheral blood, enhance the peripheral blood ANAE+lymphocyte ratio, increase the percen-tage of the spleen rosette forming cells and decrease the migration inhibition index. Our results suggest that Fibrauretinum can increase the functional status of the cellular immunity, humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity.
