摘要
观察丹皮酚雾化吸入对免疫功能的影响,结果大鼠肺巨噬细胞吞噬率、外周血淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶阳性百分率和脾细胞花环形成细胞百分率均比对照组提高,统计学上均有显著意义。表明丹皮酚雾化吸入不但可以提高大鼠肺局部非特异性免疫功能,并且还可以提高全身性细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。
Aerosol inhalation of paeonolum in rats can increase:①the phagocytic rateof the alveolar macrophages;②the percentage of ANAE ̄+ lymphocytes of the peripheral blood;③the percentage of spleen rosette forming cells.The results show that aerosol inhalation ofpaeonolum not only can enhance the functions of the nonspecific immunity of the lungs, butcan also enhance the specific cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the general immunesystem.
