摘要
观察山珍王口服液对大鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示山珍王实验组的外周血ＡＮＡＥ阳性淋巴细胞百分比和中性白细胞吞噬率均显著高于对照组：低剂量组山珍王的脾脏抗体形成细胞数量显著高于对照组和其它各组。结果表明，山珍王能增强机体的细胞免疫、体液免疫和中性白细胞的吞噬功能。
The effects of three different doses of Shanzhenwang(SZW)on the immunefunction in rats were studied.The results showed that:(1)the percentage of ANAE positivelymphocytes and the phagocytic rate of the neutrophils in these three SZW groups were in-creased significantly as compared with those ofthe control group;(2)the number of the spleenantibody forming cells in SZW group 3(low dose group)was signiticantly higher than those ofthe co ntrol and other groups.These results suggest that SZW can enhance the cellular andhumoral immunity as well as the phagocytic activity ofthe neutrophil,especially when it is given inlow dose。
