摘要
本文用三波长分光光度法测定了色氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸。利用计算机选择最佳波长组合，可实现三种组分的同时测定。合成样品的分析结果表明，方法的准确度和精密度都令人满意。
A procedure for the determination of tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine by three-wavelength spectrophotometry was studied. This method can be used to simultaneously determine three,components with the best wavelength combination selected by computer.The method has been used to determine synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
