摘要
利用四波长分光光度法测定混合四组分中的任一组分,在任意的测量波长组合下,使共存的三种干扰组分的吸光光度为零,从而消除干扰,即ΔA=Aλ1+K2Aλ2+K3Aλ3+K4Aλ4只与待测组分的浓度成正比,可以直接测定混合组分中的任一组分或四组分,不必进行分离及繁杂的计算,以相对误差为标准,用计算机来选择最佳测定波长组合,获得较好的准确度和精密度。通过对对硝基酚(PNP),对氨基酚(PAP),对乙酰氨基酚(APAP),醋酸混合组分的合成样品分析,其相对误差均小于5%,具有一定的应用价值。
Four\|wavelength spectrophtometry is proposed to determine a four\|component mixture. The difference of absorbance of the three interferential components is zero, and Δ\%A=A\-\{λ1\}+K\-2A\-\{λ2\}+K\-3A\-\{λ3\}+K\-4A\-\{λ4\}\% is only linear with the concentration of the determined components at arbitrary wavelength combination. In order to reduce the error, the best wavelength combination is selected by a computer program. Thus, we can get a lot of data according to the error from minimum to maximum, and select the best wavelength in which the error is the smallest. This method can be used to determine the four components or monocomponents without separation yet with very satisfactory results. The analysis of synthesized samples consisting of p\|nitro\|phenol(PNP), p\|amini\|phenol(PAP), amino\|p\|acetyl phenol(APAP), and acetic acid shows a relative error below 5%. Hence, it has a certain application value.
