摘要
研究了生长1~7d麻竹笋中酶PAL、TAL、POD活性的变化及L-苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、纤维素和木质素含量的变化,并就他们的变化作了相关性分析.结果表明它们的变化趋势之间有密切的相关性,而PAL活性与木质素含量变化成显著正相关,苯丙氨酸酪和氨酸含量变化和木质素的含量成负相关,TAL和POD活性的变化和木质素的含量不相关.
In this paper, the change of the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL), tyrosine ammonia-lyase(TAL), peroxidase(POD)and the quantity of Phenylalanine , tyrosine, lignin and cellulose is studied in bamboo shoot which growed one to seven days. The tendencies between them are closely relatived and they influence on the synthesis of lignin and cellulose finally.
