摘要
本工作是非线性规划网格法在气液填充色谱优化分离条件选择中的应用。实验结果表明,计算机所预测的色谱柱的优化工作点上难分离溶质对的分离度,明显优于任何一个随机工作点上的分离度,且所有溶质的保留值的计算机预测值与实验值的偏差在10%的范围内。
A non-linear programming method of locating the optimal separation conditions for agiven column and solutes in gas-liquid packed chromatography was presented.It has beenshown that the resolution of the difficultly separated solutes was much more improved.Therelative deviation between the retention time of the solutes predicted by computer and givenby experiment were within 10%.
