摘要
本文介绍了细胞Cr-1中无毒、营养型类胡萝卜素色素的提取、吸收光谱特征、溶解性和色素的化学组成。经高效液相色谱分析表明,该色素是以全反式-β-胡萝卜素、13-顺式-β-胡萝卜素和9-顺式β-胡萝卜素为主要成分,尚含有α-、γ-胡萝卜素和角黄素的类胡萝卜素色素。色素的成分研究将为微生物色素应用于营养食品和医药提供依据。
The extraction, absorption spectrum> solubility and analysis of chemical components of carotcnoids in bacterial cell (Cr-1) were described in this paper. The results showed, by reverse high performence liquid chromatogra-phy, that the main components of carotenoids were all-trans-β-carotene, 13-cis-β-carotene and 9-cis-β-carotene. The minor ones were γ-carotene, a-carotene and canthaxathin. Studing on the ingredients of cellular pigments will be the theoretical basis for their potential applications to the nutritional foods and medicine.
