摘要
本文采用预活化聚酰胺膜固定多酚氧化酶并与侵蜡石墨电极组合成传感器.测定儿茶酚的线性范围2.0×10^(-7)~1.25×10^(-5)mol/L. 检出限1.5×10^(-7)mol/L.酶的固定时间仅需1~2min,5个月之后被固定酶的活性未见下降,活性酶膜的制备,贮存,替换均很方便,对传感器的机理进行了探讨.
The amperometric biosensor of polyphenol oxidase is prepared by immobilizing polyphenol oxidase (tyrosinase) onto preactivated polyamide support which contacts tightly with the wax-impregnated graphite electrode. The linear range for catechol is 2×10-7-1. 25 ×10-5 mol/L. The detection limit is 1. 5×10-7 mol/L. No activity of immobilized enzyme is lost during five months. The prepartion, the storage and the replacement of immobilized enzyme are convenient.
