摘要
在透射电镜下观察不同发育期日本血吸虫尾蚴的腺体。结果:胚球期(S2)主要出现体细胞分裂与分化,首次证明分泌细胞及其小体在S2出现,雏体期(S3)见到前钻腺细胞体与钻腺管束及分泌小体。成熟前期(S4)钻腺分泌小体基质分A/B为主两型,分别演变为成熟期(S5)的后/前钻腺分泌小体。头腺分泌小体亦在S4出现。从前钻腺体排至头器远端腺管的分泌小体,显眼透明球消失成为致密同质性小体,已为大家共识。而在后钻腺体分泌小体由于基质的深浅、电子结集物的有无及单一透明区的变幻,从腺体排至腺管的远端,这些分泌小体持续发生变化,并非停留在同质性基础上,这个现象未为前人所揭示。
This paper presents the results of the ultrastructural study on the glands of developing cercaria of Schistosoma japonicum by TEM. The results were as follow: The division and differentiation of somatic cells take place mainly in germinal ball stage (S2). For the first time it has been revealed that the secretory cell and its secretory globules differentiated initially in S2. The fundus of preacetabular gland and the duct bundle of the acetabular gland with its secretory globules appear in embryo-tail stage (S3). Acordingly, the different matrix of secretory globules in premature stage (S4) may be divided mainly into A and B types which will then be differentiated into post-and pre-acetabular gland secretory globules respectively in mature stage (S5). The head gland with its secretory globules also appears in S4. The secretory globules of preacetabular gland with prominent spherical lucid bodies disappear and become dense homogeneous globules when they move into the oral end of the duct, that has been commonly acknowledged. On the contrary, owing to the different density of matrix, the presence or lack of dense component and monolucid area changeability, the secretory globules of homogeneous matrix in fundus of postacetabular gland continues their development when they move into the distal end of the duct. This phenomenon has not been revea'led preiously.
