摘要
在超微结构水平对日本血吸虫(Schistosoma japonicum)发育期尾蚴的主要肌肉包括体壁、头器、腹吸盘和尾部等进行观察,首次证明发育期体壁肌层组织最早见于S2,在原始基膜(PBL)下方有1~2层类似纤丝胞质块,为早期肌细胞管状胞质延伸至原始基膜下的结构,S3这种现象更为明显;典型体壁外环肌与内纵肌在S4与S5已形成。腹吸盘早期原始肌细胞的分化见于S3,至S5强大的腹吸盘肌纤维已形成。文章首次提出内间质层在S3、S4的体部存在及S5与头器形成的关系,阐明其多层次肌原纤维的生理意义;对S5尾于肌原纤维分组、它们之间的走向、尾叉结构的特点等与尾蚴游动及钻穿宿主皮肤机制的理解提供形态学基础。
This articale is the third part of a serial observation on the ultrestructure of the musculature of body wall, head organ, venlral sucker and tail of developing cercaria of Schistosomu japonicum by TEM. It is revealed for the first lime that: (1) The muscle tissue of the body wall can be seen in S2. Many fibrous cytoplasmic patches are irregular in shape and are arranged in 1 or 2 layers underneath the primitive basal lamina. These cytoplasmic patches really are formed by cyloplasmic processes extending from muscle cells in S2. This phenomenon becomes more evident in S3. A typical body wall musculature with outer circular and inner longitudinal muscles developed in S4 and S5. (2) An additional interstitial layer is present in S3 and S4, and together with the initial interstitial layer forming 5 layers of musculature which compose at least in antero-lateral part of the head organ in S5. The significance of the complexity and its physiological function was proposed. (3) The primitive muscle cells of ventral sucker differentiate in S3 and form a strong and well developed ventral sucker in S5. (4) A different musculature pattern and its orientation of myofilaments of the tail stem in S5, and characteristic structure of the forca was described. The new findings of the ultrastrasture may be help us to understand the mechanism of swimming cercaria and the activity of penetration into the final host.
