摘要
目的 探讨中药验方APD 10治疗包虫病的疗效及机理。方法 对确诊的 12 0例包虫病患者经口服APD 10煎剂后 ,对治疗前后的各项临床指标与术后病理检查结果进行对比。结果 服药后症状、体征减轻 ,62例服药 90d临床治愈 ,42例服药 12 0 15 0d临床治愈 ,16例有效。治疗后B超、肺部X线片及病理检查均显示囊壁变性皱缩 ,囊壁纤维层断裂 ,角质层厚薄不均 ,生发层细胞浊肿明显 ,囊腔内有大量坏死物质。结论 用APD
Objective To study the effects and mechanism of APD 10 of Chinese herbal medicine based on TCM proved in the treatment of echinococcosis and its efficacy as well as its clinical mechanism.Methods After 120 patients with hydatidosis had taken orally APD 10 Chinese herbal medicine decoction,their various clinical indicators before and after treatment and post operation pathology were checked and compared.Results Clinical symptoms and signs after taking the medicament was alleviated, 62 patients recovered 90 days after medicine,42 patients recovered 120 to 150 days later,and it was effective for 16 patients. After the treatment hepatic/B Mode ultrasonic examination,X ray examination of the lungs and pathology examination showed the changed wrinkles on the cysts of echinococcus granulosus,the breaking off of the wall fiber layer,the uneven thickness of the horny layer,the cells of germinal layer was swelled obviously; there were large quantity necrocytosis and dead material in the pocket cysts.Conclusions TCM proved prescription APD 10 in the treatment of the hydatidosis can achieve the satisfactory results.
