摘要
用Wistar大鼠进行实验,探讨不同剂量的有机锌拮抗镉致胚胎畸形、胚胎吸收、活胎体重及孕鼠体重的作用和对孕鼠体内镉含量的影响。结果表明,1.不同剂量的锌对镉的上述毒作用均有抑制作用,以300μg/ml锌水组拮抗作用最为明显,畸胎率和胚胎吸收率分别降至0和1.3,活胎平均体重显著高于镉中毒组(P<0.01),与正常对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),孕鼠体重增长百分率与对照组相近。2.补锌后孕鼠血液、肝和肾中锌含量显著升高,镉显著降低。
The antagonism of various doscs of compound Zn to Cdinduced fetal malformation, fetal absorption, slowing the increase in body weight of living fetus and pregnant rats and the variation in Zen and Cd contents in the blood, liver and kidney of maternal rats were studied by means of experiments on Wistar rats.The results showed: 1.All of these different doses of Zn have inhibitory effect on Cd-induced fetal and maternal rats toxicity, while the antagonism effect is found especially remarkably in 300μg/ml Zn group.In this group fetal rats malformation rate and fetal absorption rate drop to 0 and 1.3 respectively. The growth rate of maternal rat's body weight is close to that of normal group.2. After supplementing Zn, Zn contents in the blood, liver and kidney of maternal rats increase obviously, and the Cd contents is r educed.
