摘要
研究了镉中毒引起的大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应及口服锌和硒对此反应的拮抗作用。结果表明,1.镉中毒后使体内脂质过氧化反应增强,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高,过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性显著降低。表明镉致组织损伤的重要原因是脂质过氧化反应增强,自由基生成增多。2.口服锌水和硒水抑制组血清、肝和肾中MDA含量显著低于镉中毒组,而CAT和GSH-px活性显著升高。表明锌、硒对镉引起的脂质过氧化有明显的拮抗作用,可提高抗氧化系统酶的活性,有效地清除自由基,从而保护了细胞膜结构及其功能免受损伤。
Studied lipid Peroxidation induced by Cd toxicaton and antagonism of oral Zn and Se to lipid peroxidation. The results showed 1.Cd toxication enhances lipid peroxidation in rat, the contents of MDA in serum, liver and kidney greatly increase while the activity of CAT, GSH-px in blood, liver and kidney decrease significantly. The results suggested that the enhancement of Cd induced lipid Peroxidation and increase in producing free radicals are mainly responsible for the damage in Cd-induced tissues.2.The contents of MDA in serum, liver and kidney of the groups administering water containing Zn and Se are significantly lower than the group of Cd toxication(P<0.o1),while the activity of CAT and GSH-px increases notable, which indicates Zn and Se have remarkable antagonism to Cd-induced lipid peroxidation. To enhance the activity of the enzyme in antioxidating system and effectively clear up free radicals are able to keep the structure and function of the cell membrance from being damage.
