摘要
复方锌制剂是一种具有滋阴补肾、安胎、抑畸功效的药物，为了保证其临床使用的安全性，采用Ａｍｅｓ实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸变试验，检测复方锌制剂的致突变性。结果表明：Ａｍｅｓ试验为阴性，小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率、小鼠精子畸变率与阴性对照组比较差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示该制剂无致突变性。
Compound Zn preparation is capable of treation yin deficiency,nourishing kidney and preventing sperm abervation and miscarriage To ensure the security of it in clinical use,the Ames test,the test of micronucleus of polychromatic erythrocytes(PCE)in mice bone marrow and that of mice sperm abervation were carried out to examine the mutagenicity of compound Zn preparation The results showed that Ames test was begative and there were not significant differences of the micronucleus ratio of PCE in mice bone marrow and the deformation rates of mice sperm between experimental group and control group(P<0 05) It indicated that compound Zn preparation is secure from mutagenicity
