摘要
本文首先从知识管理的角度对人力资源管理予以定位,并构建了完整的企业知识管理模型。同时,考虑到我国企业实现人力资源管理向战略人力资源管理的转变势在必行,文章进一步探讨了基于知识管理的战略人力资源管理的相关问题。
At first, this paper gives a new meaning to Human-resource Management,on the basis of Knowledge Management model. And because of the great chances of environment, Strategic Human-resource Management must replace Human-resource Management in our country. As a result, this paper further discusses some problems on Strategic Human-resource Management based on Knowledge Management.
