On the simulation model for port production scheduling

摘要 为提高我国港口生产调度人员的调度决策水平,构造一个适用于集装箱码头的生产调度计算机仿真模型。采用离散仿真技术分析集装箱码头调度仿真系统的特点、船舶到港后的作业进程与逻辑关系以及模型的原理,给出模型的主要输入和输出参数,经测试表明模型符合企业实际运行情况。最后选用一个案例说明采用该仿真模型进行调度方案选择和优化的过程。 To improve the decision level of port production scheduling, a scheduling simulation model is proposed for container terminals. By adopting DES simulation techniques, the features, production processes and their logic relationships are studied, the fundamental of the model is analyzed and the main input and output parameters are presented. The test on the model verifies that it has complied with the real port production. At last,the process of using this model to select and optimize the scheduling project is presented with a practical example.
