摘要
为解决复杂的集装箱港口集疏运系统多阶段动态调度的问题,借鉴柔性制造系统(FMS)生产调度问题的研究方法,提出了由集装箱集疏运问题向FMS生产调度问题转化的方法和模型;分析了各个阶段动态调度的决策点和决策规则,提出了基于规则的方法实现集装箱集疏运系统的实时动态调度,为集装箱码头调度问题的研究提供了新思路和新方法.利用WITNESS仿真工具分别模拟了面向作业线的静态调度和面向作业面的动态调度两种集装箱集疏运调度模式,结果表明,动态调度模式的效率提高了约9.66%.
In order to solve the multi-stage dynamic scheduling problem of container terminal logistics system using FMS (flexible manufacture system) scheduling methods for reference, a model was presented to transform it to the production scheduling problem in FMS. The rule-based method is feasible to implement the dynamic and real time scheduling about container terminal logistics by analyzing decision points and rules of each scheduling stage. The transformation model and scheduling method provide one innovative idea to solve the scheduling problem in container terminal. Besides, two scheduling simulation models (operation line-oriented static scheduling and operation area-oriented dynamic scheduling) were built by WITNESS simulation software and compared to the simulation results. The production efficiency is improved 9.66% by the dynamic model.
