摘要
分析了花椒在不同热风干燥实验条件下的实验数据及相应的干燥曲线,建立了花椒热风干燥过程中水分比与温度、风速、干燥时间之间的模型MR=1.0033exp[-(-0.4348+0.0123T+0.0076V)t],描述了在给定条件下花椒热风干燥过程中的动力学变化规律,可精确预测花椒干燥过程中水分比的变化。
The experimental data and the corresponding drying curve of zanthoxylum under different condition were analyzed ,the mathematical model of moisture content variation with temperature ,wind speed and drying time was proposed ,the corresponding model was= MR = 1.0033exp [ - ( -0.4348 + 0.0]23T + 0.0076V) t ] .The model could describe the dynamical variation law under given conditions of hot-air drying of zanthoxylum and accurately predict moisture content variation.
