摘要
采用普通水蒸气蒸馏方法从四川产地的花椒中提取挥发性成分,测得花椒挥发油的含量为8.33%。经气相色谱/质谱联用仪分离并鉴定出47种化合物,其中主要为挥发性萜烯类化合物及其衍生物等,占总检出量的89.31%。
The whate distillation-extraction was used for extracting the volatile substances of Zanthoxylum in Sichuan. The average oil yield abtained was 8.33%. 47components were identified by GC/MS method. The contents of the identified terpinene compounds make up 89.31 % of the total volatile substances detected.
