摘要
以微波火力和物料厚度为试验参数,以微生物致死时间、物料温度、生产效率为指标,进行了牛乳微波杀菌工艺试验。得到了参数对指标的影响规律和最佳的工艺参数组合为:微波功率600W,物料厚度47.5mm,作用时间2.5min。
With microwave and material thickness for experimental parameter, at the same time with sterilization time, material temperature and producer efficiency for experimental target, experimentation of milk processing technology by microwave sterilization was done in order to obtain optimal processing technology. The effect regular was obtained experimental parameter to experimental target. The optimal parameter combination is as follows: microwave power is 600 W , material thickness is 47.5 mm ,sterilization time is 2.5 min .
