摘要
微波灭菌具有高效、快速、无污染等优点,逐渐受到人们的重视。本文介绍了微波灭菌技术的机理和典型的应用领域。此外还阐述了脉冲微波灭菌技术的特点及其实现方法。
Microwave sterilization gradually gets more attention for the advantage of high efficiency, high speed, pollution-free, etc. The principle of microwave sterilization and its application are introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the character and realizations of impulse microwave sterilization are also elaborated.
