摘要
观察心律平和胺碘酮对正常麻醉狗的心脏起搏阈值（ＰＴ）和强度－脉宽曲线（ＳＤＣ）的影响，结果表明：心律平使正常麻醉下的狗的ＰＴ升高、ＳＤＣ上移及起搏器的安全范围降低；而胺磺酮无此作用，并对其临床意义进行了探讨。
he effect of propafenone and amiodarone on dog's cardiac pacing threshold and strength-duration curve was studied. It was found that the propafenone resulted in a signifi- cantly increased pacing threshold , elevated strength-duration curve and decreased the safety margin of pacemaker. Amiodarone did not affect the pacing threshold and strength-duration Curve.
