摘要
起搏阈值(pacing threshold)是引发心肌扩布性兴奋所需的最小电刺激,包括时间阈值和电压阈值。阈值升高导致起搏失夺获对起搏器患者的生命安全和生活质量构成严重威胁。近年来研究发现:动物种属、心肌电生理特性、药物、体外电击、起搏电极导线性能、胸部放射治疗等诸多因素影响起搏阈值。本文就这些影响因素展开讨论。
Pacing thresholds are the minimum stimulus intensity to excite myocardium, including time thresholds and voltage thresholds. The heighten of pacing thresholds will lead to the cardiac muscle can not be captured by pacing pulse, thus the safety and quality living of pacemaker-patients will be seriously threatened. The resent research discovers pacing thresholds can be affected by several kinds of factors, such as animal genera, physiological factors, medicine, electrode conductor, cardio-version, radiation therapy and so on. This article reviews some affected factors of pacing thresholds.
